Dr. Ambrose is a seasoned investment advisor with more than twenty years of experience guiding institutional and family-office clients across global public and private equity markets. His career integrates capital-markets expertise with deep knowledge of corporate governance, sustainability analytics, and long-horizon investment strategy.
He is an adjunct faculty member at California State University and has completed his doctoral research from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, where he developed a governance-first framework demonstrating how board-level structures, incentives, and transparency drive both environmental sustainability and superior financial returns. His work bridges empirical research with practical portfolio design—informing the philosophy behind EnviroGov’s governance-driven investment platform.

Dr. Olaniyi has held senior leadership roles in international development, advancing policy innovation and strategic partnerships across governments, multilateral institutions, and the private sector. He has chaired and served on expert working groups for the United Nations, African Union, ECOWAS, OECD, the European Market Research Centre, and the African Development Bank—contributing to global agendas on equity, resilience, and institutional renewal.
He regularly presents technical papers and delivers keynote addresses, translating complex theory into actionable frameworks through multidisciplinary case analysis, applied policy design, and organizational reform. His work spans education systems, financial sector strengthening, trade and macroeconomic strategy, and enterprise transformation, with a focus on building durable cross-sector collaborations.

A graduate of King’s College London, Dr. Balachandra is a global entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in healthcare management, and cross-jurisdictional real estate investment. She has led organizations in both the United Kingdom and the United States, building a broad strategic network across Europe, Asia, and North America.
In addition to her operating and investment background, Dr. Balachandra brings deep connectivity within the entertainment industry, leveraging long-standing relationships with founders, investors, and industry stakeholders to support capital formation and partnership development. Drawing on this network, she excels at developing high-trust investor relationships, articulating complex value propositions, and aligning international stakeholders around long-term strategic objectives.
